1. How do I get a Social Worker for my child?

• Contact the Intake Social Worker and explain the age of the person seeking the service as well as what the person is struggling with or needs help with currently.  
• You will be asked to set up an appointment and bring any documents to that appointment that will help you get the right service.  
• These documents may include school records for a child or young adult, medical records, and/or mental health records.
