The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 7-28-2023 at approximately 7:59 pm, their office received a report of a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Hawthorn Road and 153rd Street just east of Little Falls, MN in Belle Prairie Township.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, 19-year-old Heidi Nguyen of Brooklyn Park, MN was traveling east on 153rd Street and a 17-year-old juvenile female of Pierz, MN was traveling north on Hawthorn Road. Nguyen failed to yield at the stop sign and struck the vehicle traveling north in the intersection. Nguyen along with her passengers, 19-year-old Daisy Bettelyoun of Brooklyn Park, MN and 19-year-old Mattias Klinkner of Rosemount, MN were transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital by Mayo Clinic Ambulance with unknown injuries. The 17-year-old juvenile female of Pierz, MN was also transported to St. Gabriel’s Hospital by Mayo Clinic Ambulance with unknown injuries.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Little Falls Police Department, MN State Patrol and Mayo Clinic Ambulance.
