The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 8-29-2021 at approximately 6:37 pm, their office received a report of a motorcycle accident with injuries on Highway 25, approximately three miles south of Pierz, MN in Pierz Township.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, a motorcycle driven by 67-year-old Martin Pelarske of Pierz, MN was traveling south on Highway 25. Pelarske entered the northbound lane, drove into the ditch and rolled. Pelarske was transported to St. Cloud Hospital by Life Link III with severe injuries. Pelarske was not wearing a helmet. The case is under investigation.
The Morrison County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by the Pierz Police Department, Pierz Fire Department, Pierz First Response Team, Life Link III and Mayo Clinic Ambulance.
